Vacation With An Artist
As a travel organisation that pairs travellers with mini apprenticeships with artists around the world, the last few months brought about the need to find new stay-at-home ways to bring that spirit of creative discovery to this special global community. VAWAA quickly pivoted, and found new ways for us to keep connected by offering all kinds of online interactive opportunities - classes, lectures, workshops, get togethers.
- all while finding the community of makers, explorers, adventurers, artists, and life-grabbers.
New Series!
Palettes of the Masters - Saturdays, March 6, 13, 20 at 2pm EST
Join fine artist Clarissa for a 3 week series (or join individual sessions) to take a deep dive into the palettes of some of history's most influential artists – Maxfield Parrish, Andrew Wyeth and Vincent Van Gogh – and learn how to incorporate the palette in any material you work in.

Film and Painting Series - Stay tuned for new dates!
This series brought a new and exciting opportunity, which was the opportunity to develop this series with artist and fellow film lover, Annette Luycx, a VAWAA photomontage artist based in Greece. The series is going to be run again, and we're currently developing it into a further exploration of these themes. Come join us!
